This workshop is part of the City of Dover Downtown Pedestrian and Vehicular Access and Streetscape Study. The meeting was an opportunity for the public to meet with members of the consultant team, led by the Cecil Group. The team is interested in public input on the variety of issues and concerns involving traffic patterns and pedestrian use of Chestnut Street, Main Street, Central Avenue and Washington Street.
