The Governor and Executive Council met at the Rotary Arts Pavilion at Henry Law Park on Wednesday, July 19. The meeting was part of Dover's 400th-anniversary celebration. Before the meeting, the Executive Council and Governor recognized Dover's Kathy Crompton for her work with Community Action Partnership of Strafford County, and the work of the Dover 400th committee.
