In the first installment of a new Dover School District series, "Empowering All Learners: Conversations with the Superintendent," Dover Schools Superintendent Dr. William Harbron discusses the ongoing work in the district to develop "professional learning communities" with Jonathan Vander Els, one of the directors of the New Hampshire Learning Initiative. The new series is intended to help inform the community about various initiatives underway in Dover's public schools.
