Dover400's Voices of Dover oral history video series continues this week with longtime Dover residents and business owners Phil and Donna Rinaldi. In their interview, the Rinaldis discussed their family histories and how they came to settle in Dover. Phil's grandfather immigrated from Italy in the early 1900s and started several businesses in downtown Dover. Donna moved to Dover as a teenager when her stepfather was stationed at Pease Air Force Base. The couple also describes their over 40 years owning and operating Dover Secretarial Services and their extensive community involvement with organizations like the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, school committees and the Woodman Museum.
