Dover400's "Voices of Dover" oral history video series continues this week with an interview with James Verschueren. Verschueren, a 40-year Dover resident, has been heavily involved in civic organizations and education. He shares memories of moving to Dover in the 1970s, his work with Elderhostel International -- now known as Road Scholar -- and Dover Adult Learning Center, and his observations on how the city has evolved over the decades.
